Prepare timetable migration

Google remains authoritative

This administrator export reads the existing Google source. It does not save timetables, change production authority or send notifications. Confirmed intended Stapler outcomes are copied independently of the current baseline.

Unconfirmed drafts, absence records, relief assignments, private instructions and contact details are excluded. Names needed by the timetables are included. Keep the downloaded file private.

Use your signed-in Roster administrator session. Each source read checks that the snapshot still matches. A baseline change or confirmed Stapler change during export stops the download; start again to obtain a consistent copy.

Check the imported copy

Upload the file only to your private GSiS rehearsal Worker. The preparation build checks native schedules, gzip readback and hashes before changing its D1 pointer.

The snapshot records a source check at export time. It does not prove that Google remains unchanged afterwards, or verify Calendar school days and odd/even dates. Production reads and writes continue through the existing Google pipeline.
